Vegetarian

Today I am starting a new chapter in my life... I became Vegetarian. I just don`t want to be part of this system that treats other species in this planet only as food. I felt guilty and ashamed. It is a hard decision because I was born and raise eating meat but If it was easy, it wouldn't be call sacrifice. 
This was my first time at Trader Joe`s as a vegetarian and I am really happy with so many options we found. I guess it wont be that hard to adopt this new life style.
